RevID Business terms

Last updated: 22 October 2026

1. Who these terms are for

These terms apply to any business that creates, claims or runs a page on RevID Business (business.revid.uk and the business screens in the RevID app). You accept them for the business when you create or claim its page, and you confirm you’re allowed to act for it. They sit alongside the RevID Terms of Service, which cover your RevID login.

RevID Business is for businesses, not consumers. RevID Ltd, company number 16973478, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 42 Lord Street, Kearsley, Bolton, England, BL4 8BE.

2. Your page

You’re responsible for what your page says: your name, address, phone, prices, services, products, photos and the cars you work on. Every price on your page is one you set. Keep it accurate and up to date, and only list work you actually do.

We check that you run the business before your page shows as verified. We can suspend or remove a page that is misleading, breaks the law or these terms, or puts drivers at risk. We’ll tell you why, and you can ask a person to look again at support@revid.uk.

3. Plans and fees

The plans, what each one unlocks, their monthly price and RevID’s fee on card payments are shown on the plan comparison in RevID Business before you choose. A founding or introductory price is always shown with the date it ends and the price after it.

Plans are paid monthly in advance through Stripe. You can switch plan or cancel at any time in Your plan; a downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for, and features above your plan lock without deleting your data.

4. Taking payments

To take deposits or payments you connect your own Stripe account. Customers pay you directly into that account; RevID never holds your money. Stripe’s card fee is always paid by you, on every plan. RevID’s fee, where your plan has one, is taken by Stripe at the same moment as the payment. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks are handled on your Stripe account, under Stripe’s terms.

Deposits, cancellation charges and no-show fees must be fair and reflect your real loss. Customers see your cancellation rule before they pay, and they keep their legal right to cancel described in our booking terms, which you agree to honour.

5. Customer data

For the customer records you keep in RevID Business (customers, private notes, invoices and reminders), you are the controller and RevID is your processor under UK GDPR Article 28. We only process that data to run RevID Business for you, on your instructions; keep it confidential and secure; use sub-processors (such as our hosting, email, SMS and AI providers) only under written terms that protect it; help you answer requests from your customers; delete or return it when you close your account (apart from records the law makes us keep); and give you the information you need to show you meet your obligations.

Customers can ask to see what you hold about them, including private notes. If you use customer records you will usually need to pay the ICO data protection fee.

RevID is the controller for drivers’ accounts, their activity in the app, Leads tracking and reviews, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Leads and messages

Leads shows drivers who have shown interest in your business, for example by messaging you, asking for a quote or starting a booking. You may only contact them inside RevID, and you must not copy, export or sell leads. Leads close after 30 days without activity and are then deleted.

Reminders and offers to customers are marketing. Only send them to customers who were given a clear chance to say no when they booked with you, and never to anyone under 18. Every such message must include a way to stop them, and must stop at once when someone opts out.

7. Reviews

Only drivers who have used you can review you (a RevID booking, or work on their car tagged as supplied or fitted by you), and you can’t edit or delete reviews. You must not post or buy fake reviews, offer anything in return for a review, or choose which customers are asked for one. You can reply, and you can report a review you believe breaks our reviews policy.

8. AI drafts

Some messages and review replies are drafted by AI for you to check. They are labelled, and nothing sends until you press send. You’re responsible for what you send.

9. Your team

The owner of a page decides who on their team can use it and what each person can see. You are responsible for what your team does in RevID Business. Remove people who leave.

10. Closing your page

You can delete your business in Settings once there are no upcoming bookings or open requests. Your page comes off RevID straight away and any paid plan ends. Everything else is deleted 30 days later, except bookings, invoices and credit notes, which we keep for six years for tax purposes and then delete.

11. Liability

You’re responsible for the work you do and the products you sell. RevID provides the platform with reasonable care and skill, but we don’t guarantee bookings, income or that the service will always be available. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

12. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms. We’ll tell you about important changes in RevID Business at least 30 days before they apply. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
