Prices on your page, online bookings with a deposit or full payment, reminders, a waitlist and no-show fees.

From a search to a five-star review.

What happens to a job on RevID, and what you do at each step.

  1. 01

    A driver finds you

In Book a service they pick a job and their car, and see garages near them that work on it, each with its own price, rating, distance and next free times. They also find you from your page, a build you're tagged in, your booking link on Instagram or Google, or For your car.

    • Shown only for the makes and models you work on
    • Your booking link works anywhere you post it
    • Pro garages come first in For your car, marked Sponsored
  2. 02

They book or ask for a quote

Instant booking takes a free time straight away. Otherwise it arrives as a request: nothing is booked until you accept, and you can suggest another time. For bigger jobs, send a quote in Messages with an optional deposit.

    • Accept, decline or offer a new time
    • Every answer waits behind a 10 second Undo
    • Quotes can ask 5, 10 or 15% up front
  3. 03

    Paid and in the diary

Deposits and full payments go straight into your own Stripe account. The booking lands in your calendar with the car, the job and the customer, and they get a reminder before the day.

    • Busy times from your own calendar block bookings
    • We ask about bank holidays before they come
    • The waitlist fills cancelled slots
  4. 04

    On the day

Mark the car as arrived, keep private notes on the customer, and keep the next seven days on your computer even if the internet drops. If someone doesn't turn up, mark it and charge the no-show fee they agreed to.

    • One calendar for the whole team
    • Customer and car history in one place
    • Payment receipts sent for you
  5. 05

    After the job

Only drivers with a real booking can review you, and you can reply to every review. Customers who said yes hear from you when their MOT or service is due, and drivers who looked but didn't book show up as leads.

    • Reply to Google reviews from the same place
    • MOT due dates straight from the DVSA
    • AI-drafted replies you check before sending

Questions garages ask.

Do I need the RevID app?

No. You can sign up and run everything on business.revid.uk with just an email. If you already use RevID, start your business from the app or the site with the same login.

What does it cost drivers?

Nothing extra. The price drivers see is the full price, with no booking fee added. RevID charges the business, not the driver.

Who holds the money?

You do. Deposits and payments go straight into your own Stripe account. Stripe's card fee is paid by you on every plan, and RevID's fee, where your plan has one, is taken at the same moment.

What happens when a driver cancels?

They can cancel or move for free until your cut-off, usually 24 hours before. After that, you can keep the deposit, or a fair part of a full payment, to cover what you lose. Drivers see all of this before they pay.

Can I cancel my plan?

Any time, in Your plan. You keep it until the end of the month you've paid for, then the features above your plan lock without deleting anything.

RevID already made a page for my garage. Is it mine?

If we built a page for your business, we'll send you a link to claim it. Claiming makes it yours, verified, on Free. Search for your business when you sign up and we'll find it.

Is my customers' data safe?

For the customer records you keep in RevID Business, you're the controller and RevID is your processor under UK GDPR. Every look at a record is in your access log.
